Lotus Counseling is currently seeking Fall 2016 or Spring 2017 Interns. What can you Expect: Lotus Counseling Internships are structured to provide a well-rounded and diverse clinical experience. Interns will be exposed to a variety of modalities of treatment including individual and family counseling. Interns are expected to conduct and formulate diagnostic assessments and treatment plans. We offer weekly individual supervision with a clinically licensed supervisor. Our practice believes in working with the most skilled and trained staff. Therefore, interns have the ability to further their skills through paid trainings. We pride ourselves in our supportive and diverse oriented workplace and allow individuals to set their own schedules.
This placement is an advanced internship placement and we are looking for individuals who have used clinical intervention and diagnostic skills in the past. Interns must be willing to commit at least 6 months to our clients, with 1 year prefered. We prefer Internship programs which allow interns to do fieldwork. Please email your cover letter and resume to Krista Carpenter, LPC firstname.lastname@example.org.
