Krista is a Certified Life Coach that received her Masters of Science degree in Counseling in 2003 from Texas A&M University.  She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin in 2000. Krista went from LPC to life coach for a number of reasons:  Her Strict adherence to confidentiality (that using insurance can prevent); her desire to inform clients about alternatives to prescription medications, and the ability to incorporate spirituality if the client requests to do so. Krista loves to work with Highly Sensitive and Empathic people, and is skilled at helping those individuals to feel empowered and in control of their own emotions.  Krista uses a strengths based approach to Coaching, which allows clients to focus on the present (and the future) rather than repeatedly discussing the past.  Her fee is 100 per session.
